We want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find our key shipping and delivery information. If you have a deadline or special request, we’re always happy to chat before you order.

• Ready-to-ship orders: dispatched within 2–4 business days

• Custom-made orders: please allow 5–7 business days.
• Children’s party items (invitations, decorations, favours): can take up to 10 business days to make, please order well in advance.

• If you need something urgently, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

• Delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Economy: 3–6 business days

  • Courier (tracked): 1–3 business days (+2–3 days for rural delivery)You can choose the shipping method during checkout.
