Do you offer returns or refunds?
  • For custom products, once your order is placed, I start working on it just for you, for this reason, returns or refunds aren’t available unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • For ready-to-ship products, I gladly accept returns and offer refunds if the customer covers return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Ready-to-ship orders: dispatched in 2–4 business days.
  • Custom orders: allow 5–7 business days.
  • Children’s party items: can take up to 10 business days to make, please plan ahead.
  • Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Delivery times (after dispatch):
  1. Economy: 3–6 business days
  2. Courier (tracked): 1–3 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. Stay tuned for updates on more shipping locations, Australia shipping will be coming soon!

What if my order arrives damaged or it's incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because many items are handmade or personalised, cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Form,

What materials do you use?

Depending on the product: high-quality paper, vinyl, faux leather, and other premium materials to create beautiful, durable products.

How do I apply decals and vinyl labels?

We include instructions with each item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping options are available for products meant to be gifts, and you can also add a personal message. If you have any special requests, please get in touch, I absolutely love wrapping gifts!
