We want you to love your order! Please read our returns policy carefully:

• Custom-made & personalised items: Because these are made just for you, returns or refunds aren’t available unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• Ready-to-ship items: We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

• Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
